Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
At this time we are only able to accept and deliver online orders within the United States and other U.S. territories. All gift cards are shipped Federal Express Standard Overnight delivery (Saturday delivery additional cost) or First Class U.S. Mail, based on your specification. Purchases of $1000 and over will be shipped Federal Express Standard Overnight at no charge (Saturday delivery not included).
GENERAL INFO:
Cards are not redeemable for cash. A service fee of $2 per month will be charged on accounts beginning 24 months after issuance, except where prohibited by law. Kohler Hospitality is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Use of a card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
